Cancellation policies are determined by individual vendors. Generally, cancellations are categorized as follows:
48+ Hours Before
Full refund minus processing fees (typically 3-5%). Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
24-48 Hours Before
50% refund minus processing fees. Some vendors may offer credit for future bookings instead of a refund.
Less than 24 Hours
No refund available. In case of emergencies or force majeure, please contact support immediately for review.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after cancellation approval. Processing fees may apply.

Refund is processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If a vendor cancels your tour, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
